Masahiko Matsumoto


The charming small-size silkscreen print "Two Kittens (A-8)" is by Masahiko Matsumoto (1934-2005). It features two adorable kittens surrounded by hearts. Edition number, and hand-signed in pencil by the artist on the bottom margin. Already framed, ready to hang, and enjoy this adorable print. This original frame has a sticker "Handmade print by Masahiko Matsumoto" on the back of the frame.

Masahiko Matsumoto (1934-2005) was born in Osaka. He was a well-known Japanese Manga artist. His career started as a Manga artist in 1953. From 1980 he focused his artistic career on Kiri-e (Paper-cutting) and silk screen.

Condition: The print is in very good condition. The frame is overall good with used signs. The hinges are rusty. Please see the picture. If you don't need the frame, I can ship only the print, just let me know.
